Can I print out an entire question bank for review rather than having to go question by question with a SME looking over my shoulder.

You can import the question bank into a course, then export it when editing the training material. To do this:
- add a Test as training material in a course
- click add question
- select Import Question bank
- Select your question bank
- once your questions appear on the edit question page, click the Export as GIFT
This is how I do it, not sure if there is an easier way.
