Query re setting up an external training course

Hi @Teresa2023, I was able to confirm that the short answer is that it’s possible. You can associate a Certification to an External Training, and expiration dates for Certifications can be set to any custom recurrence of days, weeks, months, or years. The Completion Date of the External Training record will be used for the Issue Date of the Certification.
