I am trying to see if there is any way to limit access in the question bank for Power Users. I see that we can create categories. Is there a way to assign a PU a question category?

The only way that I’ve found and it’s not scalable or ideal is to hide the question bank with CSS and then save the question bank URL.

So you hide the question bank, then add the URL as a custom content box or navigation on a super admin only page or bookmark it obviously.

no way that I know of. This seems to be a legacy part of the LMS with little or no security around it. Anyone who can create a test can access the question bank and all its questions. Would be a good idea to post though.

Thank you, have pushed up to other people in my team to try CSS to hide the question bank.
