Recently we noticed that for Quizmaker generated SCORM files control buttons have disappeared. These courses have been working perfectly for over 3 years and then suddenly about 2-3 months ago the buttons magically disappeared from the Docebo player. I check the source files, and nothing has changed. So, we began to suspect the new course player. I moved back to the old play and the issue is still there.
After raising a ticket with Support, they were able to replicate the issue and recommended that we re-upload the SCORM file. we tested this with 1 course, and it worked ok.
I cannot understand what has change to suddenly stop around 15 courses from working all of a sudden. the only common denominator is that they were created using Articulate QuizMaker. Other Storyline generated files are fine.
Has anyone else seen this issue? If you have Quizmaker SCORM files can you check they are working?
