As of today, we have noticed the Renew Certification button is no longer showing on the course page for those courses mapped to a certification. That was not the case earlier this week. Has anyone else experienced this?

We recently received the same request from another customer and our development team is currently working on it. If you have not yet submitted a ticket with our Support team, we invite you to do so. This way we can keep you informed on the status of the resolution.
In the meantime, as alternative solution, users can renew their certification by going into My Activities-Certifications. From there they should be able to see the “Renew now” link.
