Is there a way to run a report to show (in a spreadsheet) all of the power users in the platform?

Sure...on the User Management page, filter by “Level”, choose power user and you can export the results...It does not contain the roles and permissions they are assigned though. Sadly there is no export option the power user app, just the user mgmt page.
