Hello community!

I have a question regarding the outlook integration with Docebo. We give learners the ability to RSVP to their outlook event invites. Sometimes if an admin has enrolled a learner, but that learner has a conflict they might RSVP “NO”. To your knowledge is there a report or notification that we can trigger to notify admin of this response?

Currently it appears that its only possible by manually looking at the enrollment lists for each event.

RE: notificaitons...pretty sure there are none that trigger when a user declines an invitation. There is one that can go to the user but it’s only when a superadmin rejects the user self-enrolment; not sure that would work for you.

On reports, I had a look at a few and it seems this data is not captured...Might be a good one to add to the Ideas page.

Hi, I have the same question.
Conscious that this post was answered a year ago. Has there been any update or feature for this yet?

Had a look back at one ILT report and do not any option for the RSVP status. Have you checked the product roadmap and idea board?
