Reporting in Learning Plans

Hi! Can anyone give me some advice on reporting in learning plans in the following context: 

1. High level reporting of the entire learning plan
2. Group reporting (Diff groups are enrolled in the learning plan)
3. Individual learner reporting of learning plan
