Hi
Is there a way to run a report on all users which define which group they are in? I have several users with no group attached.

I was able to run a report by going to New Report > Custom Report Builder > “+” (which is create a new report at the top right) > Select the “Users” report option > Name and create report > Go to View Options tab > toggle on “External Customer” in the user field (or whatever it is your company has named your groups, we use External Customer for our).
From there, you should be able to save the changes and export the report. It will tell you the group the user has been assigned to. You can also toggle on other user data to help with sorting. Hopefully this helps!
Are you looking for all groups a user is ‘assigned’ to? Not sure that report exists, but it would be nice to have - even if the field “Group” in the report is comma delimited and we have to filter it to find what we are looking for. I read your question that you need a report for each user that shows the group(s) they are in (sort of like when you go to their personal summary and can see the groups listed there), right?
If so, I am not sure that a report exists like this in the system, but would love to have one if someone knows how to get it. I am not good with APIs, but maybe that’s an option to ask about.
