Reports - Course Deadlines

@lrnlab Do you know if the report you mentioned “reads” soft deadlines on courses? We have an enrollment validity period set and the soft deadline on, but I’m not getting anyone to show up on the report even though I can see that a few people haven’t completed the course in the intended time frame when I look at the course enrollments.

as far as I know the soft deadline has no effect on reporting so you should see them regardless. 

Maybe try with just a single user you know has an “end of validity” date on their enrolment to confirm the report works? Also, just to be clear, when you mention validity period, this is set of enrolments on not at the course level? just checking...

@lrnlab Yes, I was referring to the enrollment validity period within a course just like your photo. Thank you for the tips!

Well unfortunately the SME just asked me to remove the enrollment validity which also makes the report irrelevant for our purposes, so I didn’t get to see this request to the finish line. At least I know what to try next time!

OH, lol...you can still try it with a test ID to make sure it’s all working the way you’d like it to.
