Hi Emily,
Before looking at the resend process, it’s worth noting that Learning Evaluations (L1/L2) shouldn't typically trigger Outlook cancellations. In several environments I've audited for other organizations, this usually happens when an automation or a "catch-all" notification is misconfigured to react to any status change—including the completion of an evaluation—as if the user is leaving the session.
To get those invites back on their calendars, the method depends on which tool you are using for the invitations:
1. If you use the standard Notification Center (.ics files)
The most direct way to "resend" is to use the email feature within the course itself:
-
Go to Course Management and select your course.
-
In the Enrollments tab, select the affected learners.
-
Click the Actions button and choose Send Email.
-
You can manually craft a message here. While this isn't a "trigger" for the original notification, it's the standard way to push immediate communication to a specific group of learners.

2. If you use Docebo Connect (Outlook 365 Integration)
In organizations where I've implemented the Connect integration, there isn't a "Resend" button for calendar events. However, there is a reliable trick to force a sync:
-
Navigate to the Session > Events & Attendance.
-
Select the event and make a minor, non-destructive edit (e.g., add a space or a period to the Description or Location).
-
Save the changes.
-
This update triggers the webhook that tells Connect to send a "Modified" invitation to all participants' Outlook calendars, effectively re-blocking the time.

It might be worth checking if your "User un-enrolled" or "Session cancelled" notifications have any overlapping triggers with the evaluation module. Let me know if you want to dig deeper into the cancellation logic!
