Retraining capability

Hello! We are utilizing the retraining piece for compliance items that need to be taken every x amount of years/months/etc.  We have notifications set up to go to learners when they are coming due on a retraining, however not all our learners have email or use a computer unless someone tells them they need to complete something.  Is there a way to have retraining's more visible to learners besides going out to the My Activities page?  Can they be brought back over to the Not Started area of the task list?  Is there a way for a notification to go to the leader of the learner? Thank you!

Hi @Jamie Pitzen the only way to get a sense of retraining cycle for your users is to use the Certifications and Retraining app. The app allows you to set it up to either allow the user to complete the same courses or not. If set to allow them to complete the same courses, the status of those courses is reset once the click the RENEW button on the My Activities page. They MUST use that link to initiate the renewal.

The notifications associated with Certifications & Retraining so contain a short code that leads them to the renew option however there is no option to send this notification to a manger; only PU’s, users and super admins.
