I have a number of scheduled reports set up that are emailed automatically not only to myself, but certain departmental managers so they can track data for a particular course. Over the past week, the reports are not being received. I haven’t changed any report settings and also added a personal email to see whether it was our IT systems blocking the email, but the email wasn’t received there either. I thought I’d check if anyone else was having this issue before raising with Docebo support. Thanks

There is an issue with the new Domain Management app that (accordant to support and dev team) may have impacted notifications..we were part of a group that had the “Email sender Domain” part turned off and that seemed to fix the issue temporarily...apparently a fix is coming on Dec 20.

 


Thanks @lrnlab . I thought it was a bit odd. I’d not noticed until someone mentioned it to me as I’ve been busy on other projects. Fingers crossed they fix it.
