I’ve noticed a bug(?) where one of our courses shows there is a SCORM in the learner stats. This file doesn’t appear in the Training Materials page nor is interactable by the learners, so it’s just there preventing learners from completing the course while evading deletion.
Has anyone encountered this? The only work around I can think of is manually setting this material as completed for all the learners one by one, but that is the less ideal option!
In the mean while, you could mark the content before the scrom file with the end object marker so then the system knows to mark the course completed for the learners and you don’t need to manually set the completion. This can be done in the training material setting in a course.
