Search bar feature in "My Team's Training Approval" Page

Hey, I’ve realized that when more than one profile is granted to managers/power users, it is very hard to find their direct team members’ approval requests. Sometimes, they have hundreds of pending requests on the page, which can be frustrating for them. I was wondering if it is possible to add a “search” bar to make it easier to locate team members’ requests, or some kind of “filter” section to be able to search for the direct team members on the "My Team's Training Approval" page.
