Our company name is changing and I’m looking for best practices in handling these changes. For example, we have a domain URL (https://qognify.docebosaas.com/) which contains our current company name and as well as the background job email sender in Advanced Settings. What are best practices in updating the URL with a new company name and the background job email sender? Any other areas in Docebo besides our usernames/email addresses that we should consider?

Think only Docebo can do that since it’s not a custom url.
You would need to think about where your company name appears (page titles, menu titles, site name, etc.) and any places where you use a company logo (assuming that’s changing as well) like in notifications, site header, favicon, etc.
you might also need to test your existing notifications to make sure the url included in places like “view details” have the updated url once the changes are made.
