Hey guys,

I would like to know if anyone has any alternative for the following situation:

Some people in the company's operational areas do not have a corporate email address, and this is creating a problem with password resets because they do not have a registered email address.

Is there any way to send this password to a cell phone number, or any other alternative that I'm not seeing?

Hi @lhilario, there is not currently an in-built way to send password resets to anything other an an email address. I wish I had a solution for you here! We have considered a similar idea in the past, but deemed the operational cost would be too high. At the time, we suggested exploring Docebo Connect as an alternative. If you would like to submit an idea specific to password resets, however, I highly recommend you submit an idea!

I think I tried a manual email to text option previously for something like this, can’t seem to find my notes on why we didn’t use it. If I had to guess it was probably the email template was too big so wasn’t useful in the text, but you can always give it a try. Here’s an article on the email to text technique:

@elliott.vickrey , in this case, how does Docebo Connect work? We need to implement a password reset without email.
