I would like to permanently set the filter on the My Courses and Learning Plans page to only show learning plans and ILTs since all the e-learnings are housed in the learning plans. Is this possible? Thanks you!

Here’s a thought...create a new page, external links, not a widget page and use the url that is created as you set filters on that page. So, when I go to My Courses and Learning Plans, set my filters, I see this URL (I removed my domain)
[your domain]/learn/mycourses?mclp0=t-_classroom_"learning_plan"
I think that should work.
