How do I set up new notifications for my learners? These are more reminders but I do not see an option to make personalized notifications. Any help is appreciated.

have you looked at the Newsletter? you can create almost whatever you want there including HTML…

It’s not automated though.
If you want something automated, you would need to find an action the system can rely upon to send another template...like a due date reminder email (Course has expired).
