Shared private Playlists not visible in My Channel - how are you handling this?

Hi Docebo Community,

Hope you’re all doing well.

We’re in the final stages of preparing our Playlists launch and wanted to check in with the community before going live.

During testing, we’ve noticed that when a private playlist is shared with an individual, it doesn’t appear in their My Channel view. The only access point is via the original notification email or the notification centre.

This raises a concern that if the notification is missed or not actioned straight away, the playlist can be difficult for users to relocate later.

Has anyone found effective workarounds or alternative approaches for this? For example, ways to ensure shared private playlists remain easily accessible for learners beyond the initial notification?

Would really appreciate any insights or examples from your setups.
