Anyone with a good solution to share .pdf documents on Docebo, the user should not be able to print or download the documents. 

Hi @dinakarks - You can upload the .pdf file in your course as ‘Slides Converter’ not as ‘File’ or add the file in your Channels.


channels are a good way to go and the asset can be configured to not allow downloading.


I’ve also shared via an embedded google drive link. You have to have https://drive.google.com listed under iFrame Allow List. 

 

Superadmin Menu > Advanced Settings > E-Learning > iFrame Allow List > add


@dinakarks We recently went through this same line of questioning and dug around quite a bit. The slide converter is a great option, as mentioned by others, but it doesn’t have the best navigation from what we saw. Just a backward and forward button. If you have a PDF with numerous pages it may be a lot to try to work through. We haven’t come up with a solution quite yet that’s right for us but here’s a post we read through and took other suggestions from as well that may help in your case:
