Have you ever noticed our slide converter option get Stucks after we successfully load ppt/pdf file and click publish at the end?
Page got stuck without showing the content is converted or not. Each time, I need to refresh the page to view the content is published.
Is that the same for everyone or did I miss something?

I just tested the slide converter on our platform and the same thing happened to me. In my case, it got stuck on the following page and I had to reload the page to see if it had been published. It might be worth contacting support to let them know that there is a problem.

Indeed. Better to reach out support team asking a fix for this.
