I am wondering if folks would mind sharing what they have done to provoke feedback survey interactions.

My belief is that having the feedback survey be an additional training material is not the most effective option.

I am wondering if having a feedback survey with a SCORM (or similar) package would be the easiest and most effective, but I am not sure how difficult the results of these will be to report on.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
