Is there a way to add a Superadmin to a power user profile?

What I’m trying to accomplish is having notifications sent to one specific Superadmin only. But that’s not a choice. What is a choice, is a specific Power User or Instructor.

​@rgraf You can have only one user type set to user account so if a user is a super user, they cannot be a power user.

Depenging what the notification is, there is tick box available to send notifications to super user but again, not sure what is the exact notification here. However, it will be send to all super admins so you cannot select just one SU.

​@rgraf what notification are you asking about? you could create a profile just for that use and wouldn't be using a licence as long as you not interact with content with that username.

I’m asking about any notification that allows the recipient to be one person. Ideally we could make that one person someone who is a superadmin.
