Two questions regarding surveys.
We recently found the survey option in custom reports. But when exporting it looks like the survey description & survey questions export with HTML in the excel file. Has anyone run into this issue and found a solution for it? Makes it more difficult to sort and view the questions.
Second, does anyone have any favorite methods for sorting and organizing the data?
I’ve read threads on here on using the API to gather the survey data but we’re looking for any suggestions on what people find valuable in the data and how they organize or present it.

+10I have seen this before a but can’t recall, when I logged a ticket, whether rather said it was as designed out a bug...I recommend you open a ticket.

Just a comment … the API for surveys no longer really works because they created a survey report, and because the key information like some of the IDs, are no longer visible in the URL.
I see what you mean by the HTML. You could do a series of Find/Replace, where you Find the html tag, and then leave the Replace empty (not even a blank space).
