Is it possible to time out the system when an employee is inactive? Right now, if an employee starts a training and if they leave it open for hours, their training material time accounts for that and skews the time. Any best practices for this? Thanks!

you might try adjusting the Session lifetime under Advanced Settings. this is global system setting so be sure you want this to apply to all your users before changing it.
