This is the only question in the Test. Users enter a code given to them. There are multiple correct answers:
But I am seeing users answer the question Incorrectly but are still marked as Passed:
I didn’t check the box at the bottom “This question is only correct if all of the answers are correct” because there are not multiple Blanks. BUT I wonder if selecting that box will correct the problem...can you confirm?
+10I could be wrong but I think that checkbox is referencing the option to have multiple fill-in-the-blanks in the same question, not about the answer variations. Have you tried turning it on to see if the users are marked as failed as expected when their answer doesn't match any of the answer variations?
Now, I have selected that box in hopes it will correct the problem (because I don’t see anything else that could be causing it), but it doesn’t reflect any changes to user scores in the Reporting for that Training Material.
+10I would recommend you test it to be sure. turning it on would not affect or change what happened before it was turned on.

AHHH! I got it! Sorry! Scoring was set at 0 to PASS! I changed it to 100. It is now functioning correctly. :-)
