Currently, Docebo does not offer a built-in "Pending Evaluation" or ''waiting for evaluation'' status for tests awaiting instructor review. This limitation means that learners see a "Failed" status because their submission doesn't meet the minimum passing score due to pending evaluation.
How are you working around this limitation?
Marking the Test as Failed when there is a portion of the test that requires review by a Tech Lead or Instructor is a major issue for the learner and every manager in the process. The steps to review and approve a test is cumbersome, not intuitive and does not flow for a swift evaluation. The instructor has to dig through about 10 steps to get to the actual test details for reviewing.
