The page on the website does not open, it is stuck on loading

Dear Team,
Im currently facing issue where page insights can’t be open it is stuck on loading only. Could you please help to check?
Im pretty sure there’s no issue with my internet.
And this happens not only in my client’s instance, but also in my training instance.
