Does anyone know if there is a way to prompt(force) a user access training material before the purchase a course?

Training Material as a pre-requisite for purchasing a course.
To provide additional context, we utilize the test option to generate a course application that healthcare professionals are required to complete. Upon meeting the specified criteria, they are then enrolled in the course. When using the payment options, users are bypassing the application altogether.
