I’m trying to assign a resource (branch) to a support team member. When I assign it, the Descendants box is checked, but after I assign it, it’s marked as “No” in the table. I don’t see a way to enable branch descendants.

You need to click the selected branch so that the tick box shows the checker mark and then you see it being yes in the second image.
