I have a use case I need some help with:
User needs to complete and PASS a course. If they fail the course (training material) then they need to wait 2 weeks before they can re-take it. Aside from manually archiving the enrollment and re-enrolling the user back onto it manually after 2 weeks, does anyone know of any other way to do this?
All enrollment options under “ course” don’t work in this case because “2 weeks after completion” is not a validity period option.
Grateful for any help if anyone has ever had to do this before in Docebo.
