User Import size restriction

Hi,

We have created a csv file to import our users daily.  The file size is 39474 KB (39 mb).  I was looking for ideas besides splitting the file into 10 files that others have used to get around the 3mb size limitation.

Hi @michelebanks … if you are still in your “implementation/stand-up” phase, then your implementation manager might be able to help. 

If you have an SFTP server available, then you can use the Automation App. I don’t think it has a file size limit.

Thanks for your reply - I checked the knowledge articles for the automation - it doesn’t say specifically if there is file size limit.  I’ll give it a try.

Agree, I think there is a much higher limit when using the ftp/automation route.
