Hi all,
I’m trying to upload an MP4 video to a course shell and it is uploading, but then has the grey wheel while it converts it to be suitable for mobile phones etc.
This is the first time I’ve done it and it’s been like this for hours! Is that normal?
While it is converting the learner cannot see any training material.
It does the same thing whether I share as a YouTube link or by uploading the video itself.
Thanks in advance for any tips or advice.

might be linked to the global windows outage...we had a bunch of jobs fail overnight
It also depends on how large the video file is, but definitely should not be more than an hour. Yes, it could be linked to the massive Internet outages this morning.
