How can we ensure that a manager can only see learner details that are a part of their ecosystem during search for users to add under ‘My Team’? Basically, my concern is - If a manger search user to add under ‘My Team’ they should not get to see user details of all users across the platform.

I think the key thing here is that if your Direct Manager has a PU profile, you can control their access to Users thru that. Assign only the branches/groups/users that are relevant to that DM.
