We have an ILT with multiple sessions per month, and a max capacity of 10. Because of that, we often have users join our waitlist.
A few days before the ILT, we confirm the registration list.
Once we confirm the registration, should we unenroll the waitlisted users who didn’t make the cut? Or do we just leave them?
I’m curious to hear how others handle this issue.
+10there’s no right or wrong way to manage that. If you have no other sessions for those waitlisted users, you can always leave them there and consider the list as those that interested in attending the next event. There is notification you an enable to alert those users that a new session was added.
