Is there a way to tell the date a user status changed from waitlist to enrolled.  Currently I can only see/track the date they “enrolled” on the waitlist, not when they were actually moved to the session.

Have you checked the audit log? Not sure this is there, but would be the best bet.

I wanted to make it easier for the instructor.  They do not have access to the audit log.  

Could you use a notification? I don’t see a report, but maybe that could help or some other notification...good luck.

User Approved Into ILT Session

Notifies the audience that a user has been approved by a Superadmin in an ILT session. Users receive this notification when they are approved. Power Users must be assigned the course and user to receive the notification.
