We are getting it too! The status page says everything is operational...
Also facing issues, found this. But looks like everyone's issues are out of the scheduled time slots. I would subscripe to the news announcements to get updates
I submitted a ticket and received a reply that they are aware of the issue and are investigating the cause/working towards a resolution.
We are also down.

We logged a ticket, too. I can now access my production environment but am hesitant without anything posted to know if it’s fully resolved.

System service appears to have resumed (both, live and sandbox environment).
Man… I was getting ready with my defibrillator… (just kidding, thankfully).
We are also down, prod + sandbox. The system status page has not been updated, it still shows everything operational...
All our sites are back up now!! YAY
We’re experiencing the same as well. I’ve seen both types of messages displayed above. Hoping for a quick resolution.
