Hi - we have been consumers of Docebo as a platform now for a little.
And both the audit trail and badges have been flagged as New for about 20 months.
We always face a curation story - but when is “New” no longer new anymore?

I asked support that same question! It is NEW until the learner clicks on it. Might even be until they enroll And we can’t change the setting.

+11I wasnt even thinking about the learner experience - but that is an interesting point...didnt think there is a nuance to the typical end-user experience with new.
I was thinking about the new in the admin tools.

+3That’s an interesting question. The Audit Trail is still flagged as “NEW” on our system even though we’ve been using Docebo for more than 2 years. I think the flag might be common for all admins regardless of how long they’ve been using Docebo.
