Hi - we have been consumers of Docebo as a platform now for a little.

And both the audit trail and badges have been flagged as New for about 20 months.

We always face a curation story - but when is “New” no longer new anymore?

I asked support that same question! It is NEW until the learner clicks on it. Might even be until they enroll And we can’t change the setting.

I wasnt even thinking about the learner experience - but that is an interesting point...didnt think there is a nuance to the typical end-user experience with new.

I was thinking about the new in the admin tools.

I am going to mark you as correct though.

Why? Because it is Thursday.


That’s an interesting question. The Audit Trail is still flagged as “NEW” on our system even though we’ve been using Docebo for more than 2 years. I think the flag might be common for all admins regardless of how long they’ve been using Docebo.
