Hi,

I have created a survey by using a text entry in Storyline 360, using a submit btn in Storyline. My client wants to collect feedback from the user. I’m using SCORM 1.2. Where in Docebo can I collect the text entry from the user? Thanks

Not sure the exact server or place this is stored but you should be able to see the user input from the Reports tab of your course...depends on how your content is built…

Any reason you are not using the native Docebo survey or exam?

I think we are finding people are missing it.

do you mean they are not seeing the survey object? Not sure I follow...

Hi Irnlab, our users aren’t using it sadly. I was thinking about putting a survey inside Storyline to make them give us feedback. I did a test, but I can’t find the feedback.

@Jenny Miles-ByrdYou can make your Docebo survey the “last object” in the course, such that if they don’t take it, they don’t complete the course. It’s under the Settings tap

When you go to Course Management > {course} > Reports >Training Material Statistics > {training material link} > Answers Breakdown, you’ll find that Scorm 1.2 won’t provide you with the questions you ask. You’ll get some placeholder information. The answers will appear, just not the questions.

If you want the question information as well, you’ll need to publish in Scorm 2004/ver 3. Here are some examples of tests that I’ve run.

Thank you @KMallette Thats amazing! Thank you for your reply. This well please my client!!! Thank you again for your help!

We’d still like to know where the Storyline info is stored. We are forced to use tests for course applications which isn’t ideal. The survey option does not provide users specific response information. I created an application form in Storyline, but  can’t get the data once it’s filled out. We haven’t been to get any SCORM data for that matter.
