Why does the data refresh take so long for reporting?

When it’s running as expected, it should only take a few seconds, maybe minutes but not more than that. You may also be affected by the data lake issues...you should log a ticket.

@gracesharpe Thank you for bringing this to our attention! As @lrnlab says, I would suggest logging a ticket with our support team if you are experiencing data refresh issues. They’re rock stars at figuring out where unusual behavior is coming from!
