We have eLearning courses that include assignment where our learners upload their demo videos (.mp4 or YouTube link) along with a document for the rubric. Our challenge is when a reviewer made an error in entering the score or missed to check the box to “allow the learner re-upload if marked as failed”, they’re unable to get back to the evaluation and correct it. I thought instructors and SuperAdmins could update an assignment evaluation but looks like you can’t edit the comments and score once it’s done.
We also want to refrain from resetting the learner’s assignment if there had been multiple submissions made previously.
Does anyone have a suggestion or best practice on how to go about this scenario? Thanks in advance!
