Workarounds for ILT 1-hour start notification?

I recently found out that the ILT session starting notification only works with events on the hour - otherwise, if the event is - say 10:30 - the notification will be sent at 9. Has anyone experienced this issue, and if so, did you find a workaround?

Thanks!

Only real workaround I know of is to not use the built in ones, but requires some setup no matter what path you go down for them (docebo connect, true calendar invites with reminders on, export reports and mail merge reminders, etc.)

Seconding @Bfarkas. Timed notifications have limitations, but if you’d like a more accurate type of notification for this purpose, I highly recommend you consider opening an Idea! We’re always looking for feedback :)

I think for now we’re just going to change the language to ‘starting soon’ until we find another option via custom notifications. Thanks so much for the help!
