Good morning,

Multiple of my Admins are running into issues with our credentials not allowing us to log in.   For our admin accounts, we DO NOT use SSO.  We log in directly and when we do, we often get the Error - Sign in not possible - Wrong Credentials Provided.  Check them and try again.  

Yesterday, I had another admin reset my Admin credentials multiple times only to get this pop up.   We’ve been having issues in Chrome so sometimes we will log in with Edge and sometimes it seems to happen when I switch browsers.   When the password is reset, I’m then able to access the system.  I’ll go in and change the password and then at some point later, I get the same error.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi @eefields yes we have some reports of the same behaviour...When using Chrome it could be the auto-fill passwords that could be the issue. If you are updating the password and users are entering their credentials correctly but still getting this error, I would recommend you log a ticket with support.
