Hi Brains Trust,

Has anyone else having issues with uploaded xAPI files created in Articulate 360 playing on Go Learn app?

Looking through KB articles the following statement seems rather vague and was hoping someone here could please clarify the term depending … depending on what exactly?

Some SCORM and xAPI training material cannot be played on the mobile app, depending on the content within the package.

Hi ​@Suzy_q - you may want to followup with user support - because at least with SCORM 1.2? There is something that they can do to tune up your story.

xAPI should play in mobile.

Unfortunately ​@dklinger it doesn’t.

KB article - Some SCORM and xAPI training material cannot be played on the mobile app, depending on the content within the package. Even if the training material plays on the desktop learning platform, it is not guaranteed that it will work on the mobile app

​@Suzy_q - hi - this seems unfortunate. Can you give it a shot in SCORM Cloud and see if it works for you? At the very least user support should be aware of the flavor that isnt working.
