Zoom, Docebo, and Auto Recording

I'm struggling to understand some of the details a bit here. Could you help me out?

"Our Zoom integration is finally working! YAY!

I told Zoom to auto-record meetings.

It isn’t recording meetings that are launched from Zoom. BOO! [Is this supposed to say "from Docebo"]

Who knows what I did wrong?

Anyone else have this issue?"

I think you would need to reach out to Zoom support either way. Potentially it could be an account setting on the account linked to the zoom integration that you might also want to check. 

Hi, my understanding is that zoom v2 integration essentially is using the join button in docebo to mark that attendance, nothing deeper going on. There is work being done to develop similar setup to the new Adobe connect integration which would pull the actual zoom attendance from zoom to decide on who attended instead of who clicked a button in docebo. Long story short, I don’t think you’re doing anything wrong, just need them to go through docebo for now unfortunately.
