Ability to moderate comments before releasing for viewer

@Adam Ballhaussen , I am looking to add comments widget to courses. But, I would like to hide them or be able to moderate them before it’s open for view. 

Is there anyway I can achieve this? 

I would also love to hear any alternatives to this from those who are using such feedback widgets.

Hey @Susmitha Valvekar, Docebo does not offer the option to proactively moderate comments, questions, and answers, but admins do have the ability to delete any comments, questions, or answers as needed.

 

If you’re using Discover, Coach & Share, you could alternatively use a Questions & Answers widget on the course and make sure that the Enable all users to answer questions option is unchecked in your Discover Coach & Share Settings. This will ensure that only Experts can answer the question. The following Knowledge Articles have more information about the Comments Widget and Questions & Answers widget:
