We use LinkedIn Learning (LiL) for our optional content, and we're planning to pull select LiL courses directly into Docebo. Our goal is to increase overall engagement across both platforms and ensure we have enough robust content in Docebo to power the Harmony and Companion AI tools (since they aren't very useful without a solid content library).
The Challenge: I am struggling with how to sustainably manage this content and keep it up to date.
Because LinkedIn constantly updates its content and those updates don’t automatically sync over to Docebo, the maintenance feels daunting. In my experience, to update a LiL course in Docebo, you have to completely archive the old course and build a new one—you can’t just replace the training material as a new version. This is a massive administrative lift and creates a poor, disjointed experience for the learners.
Additionally, I want to ensure we don’t accidentally pull in duplicate LiL content over time. I’ve already created a "Vendor" course custom field for backend organization, as I’d prefer not to explicitly put "LinkedIn" in the learner-facing course titles.
I'd love to hear how other admins are handling this. Specifically:

Version Control: How do you ensure your imported LiL content stays up to date without manually archiving and rebuilding courses? How often are you updating courses?

Organization: How do you differentiate LiL content on the backend to make it easy for admins to find and to prevent duplicating imports?
