How are you managing surveys in the Central Repository? Could you share your best practices and lessons learned here?

We have a few standard surveys that we place on a majority of our courses and we do store them in the central repository. It’s easy to then assign them out to courses from there and also update/edit them when needed. It’s also helpful to know which courses they are associated with.

One best practice, never unlink a survey that is associated with a course from the central repository. If you do, all the responses are then lost. Instead, hide the survey you no longer want to use so the data gets maintained.

Thanks, Jennifer! How do you track learners who have not completed the survey in the course?
