@lrnlab - appreciate the note; it’s been an ongoing bit of work over the past couple of months to first identify the best way to approach these and then put everything together.

As mentioned, our focus will always be on strategy and best practices, ensuring the CSM voice remains front and center. While the University team excels at delivering formal training and the Knowledge Base covers step-by-step configurations, our goal here is different.

We want to emphasize adoption and driving real value for customers; helping them get the most out of the platform through strategic guidance, ongoing support, and best practice insights.

We’ve got lots of ideas to help adjust the format with some other elements and media (AI-generated videos, and this kind of thing).

If there’s anything else in particular people think could be useful in this sort of resource, I’d love to hear about it!

@SuperShaune - I’m excited to review these modules. We are now realizing that there are certain things that we wish we’d done in Implementation/Onboarding that are harder to clean up now (e.g., come up with consistent naming conventions for all the items that one builds in the system). These modules may help people think further down the road.

Is there something I need to allowlist to be able to see the slides? Oh, are they Google? We can’t see Google.

I ran into the same thing, some of them want me to request permission as we don’t use Gmail emails in our company. I feel like we shouldn’t have to do that extra step if we’re already logged into DU.

Thanks ​@SuperShaune but that won’t work either because it requires access to a Google drive. Our IT security team has blocked Google suite so we are out of luck.
